- Our primary server infrastructure is located in South Africa.
- All data is stored and processed in South Africa and will not be transferred outside South Africa except where required by law or with your explicit consent.
- VelocityNodes is operated from South Africa.
- Payments are processed in USD through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
5. International Transfers
- We will not transfer your personal data outside South Africa except where required by law or with your explicit consent. When transfers are necessary, we will implement appropriate safeguards and inform affected users.
- We aim to comply with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act) and applicable international data protection standards. If transfers are required for legal or operational reasons, we will apply suitable contractual or technical safeguards.
6. Data Retention
- Account and Billing Data: Retained for 5 years for compliance, tax, and legal record-keeping purposes.

- Support Tickets: May be retained for record-keeping and quality assurance purposes.
- Hosted Content: Deleted upon account termination, service cancellation, or as requested by you.

- Communication history related to the project.
This information will only be used for the purpose of delivering the requested service and will not be shared outside of VelocityNodes except as required to complete your order.
